Everyone seems to complain about bots... as if they are the plague that *cricket*s society sideways. I honestly cant tell you I've experienced the bot dilemma at all. Maybe that has to do with the fact that I have NEVER joined dungeon finder. Maybe because I dont PvP. The only bots I see are the "Blade & Soul gold-spamming variety" and its as simple as blocking them.

Maybe I'm enjoying the game because I've learned to avoid these places. Maybe I like to challenge myself by two-manning dungeons with my best friend. Maybe I understand that the real root of the problem and the reason bots exist... IS BECAUSE PLAYERS PAY FOR Blade And Soul GOLD.

I hear about people who fight 19/20 bots in an arena run... i mean if you're losing to them, is there no strategy to fight them. Is there predictable combo just that good. If you're beating them, why are you complaining. Mine as well call it free ranking/zen beans. (though I suppose you may just be that guy that does PvP for the thrill, in which scenario, you have a case)

Bots aren't going to go away... until everyone starts doing something about it. Stop buying bns gold, stop using dungeon finder/etc.

Asking NCsoft to get rid of the bots is ok. Blaming NCsoft for the bots is not, there is no possible way they can completely stop bots without making everything non-tradable. And ask yourself if you'd still want to play the game then.

The only actual solution to this problem is time. The game virtually just came out, give the game several months and all of the players who pay4gold will be gone. Other games will have come out and the bots will be using those newer more popular games instead to make money. When the bots stop making money, guess what they'll be gone. Take a break from Blade and Soul if it disturbs you so greatly. just... STOP.... BITCHING...

plz and thank you. have a nice day cricket

If you were to level up a new character then you will end up seeing a good amount of bots also. While leveling my Warlock to 45 I saw them pretty often in between wheels and at the wheels, they tend to follow a certain path and attack anything they come across in order to level to 45. ( I like to think of them as players even though they're clearly not just so I feel like I'm in a world with actual people.) I tend to avoid F8 also, I run with a small group of friends I met to do dungeons every day but I have experienced bots or afkers in dungeons when I have ended up doing them in the past which just made me never want to do it again.

However, I enjoy pvping but it's simply not fun when half your matches are against bots nor does it actually show any skill level for the people that are gold. Beating the Destro bots in arena is beyond easy, people with half a brain can defeat them and get free zen beans and points but that's the huge thing, it's like doing PvE in arena where it's supposed to be PvP. They do the same exact crap over and over making it feel like you're vsing a mini boss. Hell, I've heard they're in plat too, the KFM bots apparently. At the end of the day, I would personally rather be fighting for gold and actually improving than getting boosted there and having a safety net so I never get kicked out of gold.
